In this part of the series, we chat to Jordan Cieciala, Intact Insurance’s Functional Analyst and Activation Champion. Being an Activation Champion is more than just being an ambassador – it’s about being an energiser of change. With our recent rebrand to Intact Insurance, Jordan has helped turn our company values and employee promise into everyday actions that make a real difference.

What is your role as an Activation Champion?

As an Activation Champion, my role is to bring Intact Insurance to life by being a passionate advocate and communicator.

I have helped to translate our company values and strategy into everyday actions, ensuring colleagues are onboard and feel connected to our company rebrand.

What does being an Activation Champion mean to you?

This is definitely more than just promoting a name or a new logo. It’s about helping every one of our colleagues to feel part of the journey and transforming curiosity into excitement.

I see this as an opportunity to inspire and create unity. I get to be a storyteller, cheerleader, and the connector. Helping others not only understand the “what” but to truly believe in the “why”.

As Activation Champions we are not just sharing the brand, we are helping bring it to life. How exciting!

How are you bringing our rebrand to Intact Insurance to life in your area?

In our Personal Claims team, we have started bringing the rebrand to life by making space for real, meaningful conversations about The Intact Story, Leadership Success Factors and the Values. These conversations will really help us feel more connected to the bigger picture. We’re laying the foundation, but there is much more to come…

What's your favourite element of becoming Intact Insurance?

My favourite element is just how centred it is around our people, both our customers and our internal teams. I love the authenticity behind it.

What's next for you as an Activation Champion?

Next for me is taking the momentum we’ve built and starting to get an action plan together for how we turn some of our values and other elements into real, everyday actions that will enable us to deliver expert solutions and make us easy to do business with.

Every step of the way, I will be continuing to inspire our internal teams and keep the conversations going.
