How to report a claim

Please have the following details ready when you make your claim:

• Your policy number
• Name of the policyholder
• Date and time of the incident
• What happened and where, including the postcode
• The relevant policy schedule or wording, if you have it
• Your VAT status

If you’re claiming for lost or damaged items, we may also need:

• The original purchase invoice
• Make, model and serial number
• Year of manufacture
• Replacement estimates
• Crime reference number and police details, for any thefts
