How to report a claim

Please have the following details ready when you make your claim:

• Your policy number
• What happened and where
• Date and time of the incident
• Details of the loss or damage

We may also need:

• Invoices or receipts
• Evidence of any theft or loss, like a crime reference number
• Proof to support the claim, like a doctor’s letter for a cancellation
