How to report a claim

Please have the following details ready when you make your claim:

• Your policy number
• The relevant policy schedule or wording, if you have it
• Claimant name
• Project name
• What happened and when
• The total amount of damages
• Date you were first aware of the issue

We may also ask for all the relevant correspondence, including:

• The project or client file
• Correspondence from the claimant
• A timeline 
• Your view on liability

Please ask for our approval before entering into conversations with the claimant.
